1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, products, games, promotions, and features provided by sg77 through the website sg77.bid and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with sg77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You are a resident of, or are physically located in, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gambling.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of sg77 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not previously self-excluded from sg77 or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform.

sg77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the sg77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. sg77 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay with real-money stakes.

KYC verification requires you to submit a clear photographic image of at least one valid Philippine government-issued ID. Acceptable documents include: UMID Card, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, and PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID. sg77 may require additional documentation at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for account access. sg77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

sg77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and UnionBank Online. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect in your sg77 wallet, depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's availability and processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. sg77 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. sg77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sg77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per player at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• sg77 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules & Conduct

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

All gaming outcomes on the sg77 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) for live dealer games. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sg77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or accessing another player's account without authorization.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Using the Platform while under a self-exclusion order from sg77 or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes on deposits made to the Platform without prior engagement of sg77's dispute resolution process.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, license, or interest in any sg77 intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any sg77 Platform content without the prior written consent of sg77. Unauthorized use of sg77 intellectual property may constitute an infringement under Philippine intellectual property law and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses due to:

• Internet connectivity disruptions or device failures during gameplay.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

sg77's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to such liability.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
